Type B employment authorisation forms

For technical reasons, the Working in Belgium Counter cannot be updated on the weekend of 31/8 and 01/09 with the settings provided for by the new legislation which comes into force on 01/09.

Requests submitted from 01/09 from 00:00 a.m. will be processed in accordance with the new decree of the Walloon Government of 06/06/2024, despite the encoding system still configured on the basis of the old legislation. For certain cases, this could lead to requests for additional documents for the examination of applications.
