Sanctions for employment agencies that fail to meet their obligations
Non-compliance may result in imprisonment and/or fines:
- for persons running a temporary employment agency without a licence
- for persons running an employment agency not registered in advance
- for persons running a licensed temporary employment agency or a registered employment agency who demand or receive commission, contributions or admission or registration fees from workers other than those set out in the texts
- for persons knowingly using temporary employment or employment services that do not comply with the decree
- for registered or licensed persons who do not meet the obligations of the decree
